Emerging from the Pacific Ocean, these mythical islands, where legends and stories combine, are a paradise for divers. Few have the privilege of exploring the breathtaking richness of these waters at the edge of the world.
Considered as one of the most isolated in the world, the Marquesas archipelago presents exceptional endemism. Its ecosystem and remarkable biodiversity raise very important issues and fully justify the inclusion of this archipelago as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A very warm welcome from Hugues and also from the owner Julie at this dive club on the edge of the bay in Taiohae, on the island of Nuku Hiva. Two incredible dives where we saw not only manta rays, leopard rays, and marbled rays, but also hammerhead sharks, grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks in the lagoon, as well as an absolutely enormous number of fish in crystal-clear water with excellent visibility up to 30 meters. If you come to Nuku Hiva, diving with this club is a must!

Nuku Dive is an excellent dive center located in the main bay of Nuku Hiva. Julie was very responsive and available to answer my questions. Master Diver Hugues is very professional and showed us the dive sites near the bay (Cape Martin and Sentinel). We dived on drop-offs with hammerhead sharks, dozens of manta rays, leopard rays, eagle rays, dragon moray eels, grey reef sharks, as well as beautiful corals and schools of fish such as bluefin trevally, catfish, tuna, etc. Visibility was between 10 and 20 meters. It's a small club, so remember to book in advance; you won't be disappointed ! Enjoy 🤙

An incredible experience with Nuku Dive, and above all, their adaptability allowed me to accompany the freedivers. As a professional freediver, this gave me the opportunity to see just as many treasures as the scuba divers during our stay in Nuku Hiva. A huge thank you to Julie, all the instructors, and especially to Kipiri (the captain). Memories that will be forever etched in my mind.

Diving in the Marquesas Islands was an incredible surprise for us. For us, they are simply the most beautiful dive sites in Polynesia; they are exceptional! The biodiversity is just insane (we especially loved the leopard rays, manta rays, and hammerhead sharks!).
And to top it all off, the welcome was fantastic. Diving with such a great team is pure bliss! Julie and her team are incredibly professional, lovely, and attentive. If we have the chance to return to Nuku Hiva, we will definitely dive with this team again.
Special mention to Hugh, our instructor, who is incredibly attentive and shares his passion with so much energy underwater.

An exceptional experience! A huge thank you for these unforgettable dives in the Marquesas Islands. Julie is professional and has a very positive energy. I was able to observe my first hammerhead sharks, as well as other incredible encounters with manta rays and blacktip reef sharks.
